Important Simulator Notice

BitForge Cloud Miner is an entertainment simulator app. The app does not perform real Bitcoin mining, does not generate real cryptocurrency, does not connect to real mining pools, and does not provide financial services.

SETS, game points, boost rewards, balances, and withdrawal requests are virtual in-app simulator values only. They are not Bitcoin, not cryptocurrency, not cash, and not withdrawable real-world money.

1. Who We Are

The app “BitForge Cloud Miner” is operated by Disha Monpara as an individual developer.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use the app:

Name, last name, and email address when you create an account.
Firebase Authentication account identifier.
Simulator SETS balance, game points, mining sessions, game history, boost plan status, conversion history, support feedback, and withdrawal request history.
Device and app usage information used for analytics, debugging, security, and app improvement.
Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data through Google Ads / Google AdMob where allowed by your device settings and applicable law.
Purchase-related information for in-app subscription boost plans, such as product ID, purchase status, price text, purchase token or verification data, and subscription status.

3. Firebase Services

We use Firebase services to operate the app, including authentication and cloud storage of simulator app data.

Firebase may process data such as:

Email/password authentication data.
User profile and account status.
Firestore records for balances, histories, support messages, boosts, withdrawal requests, and app settings.
Technical logs and device-related information needed to provide Firebase services.

4. Google Ads / AdMob

We may show advertisements in the app using Google Ads / Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect or receive certain information from your device, including advertising identifiers, device information, app interaction data, approximate location, and ad performance data.

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent, device settings, region, and applicable law.

5. Consent for Ads and Privacy Choices

In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we may ask for your consent before using personal data for ads personalization or before storing/accessing information on your device where legally required.

You may also control ad personalization from your device settings or Google account settings. Some settings may reduce personalized ads but may not remove all ads.

6. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Create and manage your account.
Run simulator mining sessions and game features.
Store virtual SETS balance, game points, histories, boosts, and demo withdrawal requests.
Provide customer support and respond to feedback.
Display ads and measure ad performance.
Process in-app subscription boost purchases.
Improve app performance, security, reliability, and user experience.
Comply with legal, platform, and policy requirements.

7. In-App Purchases and Boost Plans

BitForge Cloud Miner may offer monthly boost subscriptions through Google Play or Apple App Store. Purchases are processed by the respective store provider.

We may store subscription-related records in Firebase to activate simulator boost features. Boost plans only increase simulator SETS earning rate inside the app and do not generate real cryptocurrency or income.

8. No Real Crypto Wallet or Private Keys

BitForge Cloud Miner does not require and does not request your crypto wallet private key, seed phrase, exchange password, or real Bitcoin wallet credentials.

Any “BTC address” entered in the app is treated as a virtual simulator address for demo withdrawal records only.

9. Sharing of Information

We may share or process information with:

Google Firebase, for authentication, database, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or related services.
Google AdMob / Google Ads, for advertising and ad measurement.
Google Play and Apple App Store, for in-app purchase processing.
Service providers that help operate, secure, or improve the app.
Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell simulator SETS, game points, or user account data as cryptocurrency or financial assets.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data. However, no digital system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Retention

We keep account and simulator activity data as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve app functionality.

Support feedback and simulator histories may remain stored unless deleted by the user, removed by an admin, or no longer required.

12. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

13. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information.
